FUSEFY successfully developed a tenant churn prediction model for a leading real estate firm to tackle unexpected lease non-renewals. Our AI-driven solution identifies at-risk residents, pinpoints key churn factors, and provides actionable insights through a dashboard. By our recommended interventions, the client has experienced a positive impact in churn rate, substantial cost savings on tenant acquisition, and improved overall resident satisfaction.
Strengthening Academic Interface!
At Emergere Technologies, we believe that the brightest ideas emerge where industry meets academia. To strengthen industry-academia collaboration, we formalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dr. NGP College of Arts & Science, establishing a collaborative framework for research, skill development, and knowledge exchange.

Sparking Ideas: Tech Talks at Emergere!
At Emergere Technologies, we thrive on curiosity and the power of shared knowledge. In Q1 of 2025, we turned up the energy with two impactful tech talks—one hosted for our team at our office and another delivered to a group of budding Computer Science engineers at Coimbatore Institute of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore. From thought-provoking insights to real-world applications, our tech talks continue to inspire and challenge the status quo!
Professional connects!
Our core team recently participated in SaaS Connect, South India’s largest SaaS gathering, where we engaged with industry leaders, exchanged insights, and explored emerging trends shaping the SaaS ecosystem. Enhancing our professional network, we also had an insightful discussion with the founders of Goat Robotics, delving into advancements in robotics and potential synergies.
Wellness @Work!
In collaboration with Royal Care Hospitals, Coimbatore, we recently organized a Wellness Session and Health Camp for our team, offering expert guidance on preventive care, stress management, and healthy living. From on-site health check-ups and interactive discussions with medical professionals, the team actively involved, reinforcing our commitment to a healthier, more productive workplace.
