FUSEFY developed an AI-powered Interview and Onboarding Agent for a leading enterprise client to streamline hiring and induction. The solution automates initial interviews, adapts follow-up questions using natural language understanding, and guides selected candidates through personalized onboarding—sharing documents, policies, and training via conversational AI. This quarter was extra special as our CEO made headlines on two remarkable fronts.
He returned to his alma mater , Park College Engineering and Technology as the Guest of Honour for Launchpad 2025, an offer letter distribution ceremony . It was a full-circle moment filled with pride and inspiration!
Adding to the pride, earlier this quarter, our CEO was elected as the Chapter President of the Texas wing of the Tamil Tech Entrepreneurs Council (TTEC), USA. Building on this exciting milestone, he joined fellow chapter presidents at SPARK’25—a vibrant celebration of innovation, ideas, and impact. From inspiring keynotes to powerful panels and dynamic networking, #Spark25 brought together tech leaders from around the globe, and we were proud to be part of the action.

As the countdown to Navira 2025 began, the energy hit an all-time high. With three dynamic events paving the way, the spirit of celebration, friendly rivalry, and community camaraderie is alive and thriving.
Box Cricket – Game On in a Box!
Small field, big energy! With 6–8 players per team in a compact pitch, box cricket is all about agility, strategy, and non-stop action. The boys turned up the heat with slick shots and precision bowling, proving that limited space brings unlimited excitement. Each over was a thriller—and the audience didn’t miss a beat.
Did you know? Box cricket started as a street sport and now fuels tournaments across urban India!
Badminton – Shuttle Smarts and Lightning Swings
Reflexes like lightning and footwork to match—badminton proved to be the perfect blend of elegance and edge. In this year’s pre-Navira showdown, it was all about doubles action: Men’s, Women’s, and the ever-thrilling Mixed Doubles. Teams moved with precision and purpose, their coordination seamless and strategies sharp. From rapid net kills to baseline battles, the court was alive with rhythm and intensity.
Quick fact: The shuttlecock holds the record as the fastest object in any racket sport—professional smashes have soared past 400 km/h!
Carrom – Silent Focus, Strategic Fire
In a quieter but no less intense corner, carrom brought the drama. With fingers poised like archers and eyes trained like snipers, the girls brought serious game. From queen captures to tricky rebounds, the board was a battleground of minds.
